Instructions:
- Please complete all forms and return them to the school office.
- Photocopy the student's last report card and send to the school office.
- The Application Form must be accompanied by the $50.00 Admission/Initiation Fee. You should be prepared to pay all fees requested: Bus Fee (if applicable) and the first month's tuition (non-refundable).
- Please photocopy your child's birth certificate and attach it to the Application Form for proof of being a "qualifying student". If the place of birth is other than Canada, please attach a copy of Certification of Landed Immigrant status or Citizenship. For funding purposes, a qualifying student's parent or guardian must be a permanent resident of British Columbia, and is 1) a Canadian citizen, or 2) holds landed immigrant status, or 3) is otherwise "lawfully admitted to Canada". Kindergarten and Grade 1 children must have reached five (5) and six (6) years of age respectively by December 31 of the year of enrolment. In the exceptional case where the school accepts an underage child, or a student that does not meet the criteria of "qualifying student", the parents will pay the school the equivalent of the government grant in addition to regular tuition fees. Please note that ESL (English as a second language) costs may be extra.
- Please have your pastor complete the Pastoral Reference Form (PDF) and fax or mail it to the school.
- One application form should be filled out for each student. If you require more forms please contact the school office.
- Upon receipt of all forms, including the Pastoral Reference Form and payment of the Admission Fee a meeting with the Director/Principal will be arranged.
- The Director/Principal makes a decision regarding admissions.
- Upon approval for admission, arrangements will be made for testing students (i.e. home schooled students); uniform ordering, current school year handouts, payment of remainder of fees, etc.
- Parents will be advised of start date.
