December 2, 2009 Meeting

Old Business: Our float won $1,500 for best overall float in the Christmas Parade. Thank yous were sent out to Dodge and the down town Courtenay business association.
New Business: Date set for Spring Fling luncheon Wednesday, March 3, 2010 from 11:30 – 1 pm. Auction to be organized after Christmas break. Celina will also have job break downs and descriptions in the New Year.
Teacher’s Staff Lunch: PAC to make call outs in regards to food needed for the lunch. Also in response to Wilma Schwarz letter sent out asking for help in regards to the Christmas concert, PAC will do the refreshments and some rice crispy squares.
