SCROLL AND FIND THE CORRECT GRADE AND SUPPLY LIST

Kindergarten and Grade 1

This year for your child’s school supplies there is a fee of $35 and this is due by September 15th 2010.  The classroom teacher will buy all the supplies needed for the year.  The payment can be in cash or by cheque made out to Michelle Miller.  If you would like a receipt I can provide one for you.

Parents will need to supply a backpack, lunch kit, non-marking sole PE runners and indoor black shoes.  The indoor shoes have to be all black no designs or colour at all.  Also, all your child’s shoes need to be slip on or velcro only. Please do not get lace up shoes for indoor or PE shoes.

Grades 2 and 3

Parents will need to supply a backpack, lunch kit, NIV child's Bible with print large enough for your child to read, non-marking sole PE runners and indoor black shoes.  The indoor shoes have to be all black no designs or colour at all.  Also, all your child’s shoes need to be slip on or velcro only. Please do not get lace up shoes for indoor or PE shoes.

Grades 4 and 5

4- dotted interline exercise books (23 cm x 18 cm)

1- 2 inch binder

1- Binder dividers

2- 1/2 plain  1/2 interlined exercise books (23 cm x 18cm)

2- Packs of blue ball point pens/ 1 pack red/ 2 green pens

20 HB pencils (no hand held sharpeners)

1- Package of pencil crayons/ 1 pack oil pastels/ 1 pack fine-line felts

3- Highlighters (yellow/pink/green)/ 2- black sharpies

1- White glue (Elmers) / 4 glue sticks

1- Scissors- sharp nosed

5-10 White vinyl erasers

4- 100 packed lined paper/ 2 x 100 unlined paper

1- Ruler sturdy 30 cm

1- Basic calculator

1- Basic geometry set

The teacher will be purchasing the duotangs this summer, so that the classes will have all the right colours for different subjects. I will send home a receipt with your child on the first week of school.


Grade 6 and 7

1- NIV Student Bible

2- two inch binders ( a large zip binder is also fine)

3 packages of subject dividers

5 duotangs

6 packages of lined paper

1 package graph paper

1 coil-bound lined notebook (26.7 x 20.3)

5 paper pocket folders (please no plastic or vinyl)

10 pencils, preferably mechanical

2 white-out tapes (not liquid, please)

Grade 8 through 12

NIV Bible, preferably with a concordance

50-100 page journal (Bible 8-9)

Graphing paper (hole punched, 1/4 " grid)

Scientific calculator (grades 8-10)

French-English dictionary (French 10 only)

Grade 9 students also need a pckage of 100 index cards

Grade 11 students who take Principles of Math 11 will need to purchase a Graphing Calculator from the school. The school purchases all calculators so that there is consistency. These calculators will cost the students approximately $120. These will be available for purchase in September.

PE uniform must be consistant with the uniform code. Please ensure that students have non-marking gym runners that are separates from running shoes that are normally worn to school.Skateboard shoes are not appropriate for the PE program.
